Flight training with easy to understand video demonstrations.

Learn to fly with more confidence, understand your training, and get one step closer to the cockpit.

Becoming a pilot is an exciting journey, but learning everything you need to know can feel overwhelming. That’s why we created a video series designed to help you get more out of your Private Pilot License (PPL) training.

Our Captain breaks down your flight training in simple, easy-to-understand videos. Follow along as he explains the lessons in your training manual, demonstrates important flight maneuvers, shows you how the controls work, and walks you through the airplane from the engine to the tail. You’ll see how things work and understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.

WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY:

Trainer seems spectacular

This trainer seems spectacular! Very calm, well spoken... I've never flown a plane, but if I was going to, I'd want this man teaching me!

~ Youtube Fan

The instructor is awesome

That was a really good landing and the instructor is awesome. So many on YouTube are rude and mean, I like this guys laid back demeanor.

~ Jeff Darnell

Watching your videos have lit the fire

I went on a discovery flight couple years ago and didn't go back because of one reason or another, but not because I don't want to do it. Watching your videos have lit the fire, and this time I have the means and the desire to go for it. Thank you!

~Ivan Domenech

After watching hundreds of flying instructor videos

After watching hundreds of flying instructor videos this one is by far the best well explained and simplified. Great job Mr. Scott

~ Cluna

I don't fly anymore but I really enjoy your clear teaching.

~Youtube Fan

My wife gave me a flight lesson for my birthday

My wife gave me a for my birthday a flight lesson. Watching a few hours video from Captain Scott and his niece was enough for me to know the controls and dash, take off, and do incline, heading and bank maneuvers - from knowing pretty much nothing about airplanes. At least for me, the video lesson style is super easy to understand, and it never gets borrowing. I typically do not fare as well with corporate video lessons which bore me after a short while. Captain Scott’s lessons in contrast have the right pace to keep you interested, while at that the same time not to overwhelm you.

~Stefan Brunner

Loved hearing the basics

“Loved hearing the basics in layman's terms, thank you! Talking and listening to the radio is the most intimidating function I see. You've got me shopping for a simulator.”

John

Great videos, thanks so much

“ Great videos, thanks so much for making them, you have a great gift to make all these concepts tangible and understandable!”

Steve

Thanks for your videos.

“Scott. Thanks for your videos. As a student pilot 8hrs, I have added to my learnings from you in your simple and laid back approach.”

Frank

Retired Army Cobra pilot

“Retired Army Cobra pilot and now retired MD500 police pilot, so here we go today will be my 1st day fixed wing flying. Thank you for the help and information. I'm looking forward to it.”

Joseph

I love this!

“I love this! Everything is clear and beginner friendly :)”

-Slash

You totally inspired me

“You totally inspired me to do it, I’ve been putting it off since I was 20 and I’m now 40, all booked in and ready to go :-) Thanks Captain.”
